It started with one observation: Kenyan TVET trainers lose evenings and weekends retyping documents — schemes of work, session plans, marking schemes — the curriculum already half-defines. That work matters, but it shouldn't take a weekend.

The problem we set out to solve

You know the routine. Every unit needs a scheme of work, course outline, session plans, learning guide, and a stack of CBET assessments. TVETA / KICD gives you the outcomes and contact hours; you expand them into KNQF-formatted documents — and lose more hours to paperwork than to actual lesson prep.

InteligentCMS automates the predictable parts: it reads your unit's curriculum, expands each outcome into subtopics and session plans, follows KNQF Level 3–6 conventions, and produces a printable Word document for each. You review, edit, and use.

What we believe

Trainer time is the most undervalued resource in TVET. Not typing 15 session plans by hand means time to actually prepare those sessions. That's the point.

Output should respect Kenyan context. Generic global ed-tech doesn't know KNQF Level 4, how a CBET assessment is structured, or that the local term is "trainees", not "students." We built InteligentCMS for here.

Pricing should match local realities. Per-unit in shillings, M-Pesa, credits roll over. No subscriptions, no dollar pricing, no card.
